Meet the Team
Gurbet Mackinnon
With dual degrees in Chemical Engineering and International Relations, and an MBA complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Quality & Regulation, Gurbet brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to the field of microbiome therapeutics. Gurbet has successfully led MHRA inspections for FMT, established robust donor screening and quality management systems, and secured both an MHRA Manufacturing Specials (MS) License and an MHRA MIA License for the export of FMT.
Hetul Patel
With over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Hetul holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Quality and Regulation from University College London, an M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Greenwich, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. A certified GMP Pharmaceutical Quality Systems Lead Auditor, Hetul is also a Qualified Person (QP). His expertise spans pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory compliance, and GMP manufacturing, supporting excellence in medicine production and oversight.
Guman Singh
With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Guman brings deep expertise in operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Holding a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Master’s in Chemistry, Guman combines scientific knowledge with strategic leadership. His academic background spans Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with a strong foundation built at Periyar University and Himachal Pradesh University. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in ensuring the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing and has consistently contributed to innovation and operational excellence.
Mandy Impey
With over 8 years of experience in FMT manufacturing, Mandy is a qualified phlebotomist and a dedicated GMP-trained professional. She has completed specialist training in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Risk Management, Data Integrity, and Deviation Handling. Her background ensures high standards in donor screening, product safety, and regulatory compliance.
Satyen Dedania
With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and GMP compliance, Satyen holds a BSc and an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics. Satyen brings deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
